As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company’s success, influencing product definition, guiding R&D efforts, managing technical aspects of customer engagements, and delivering the Quantum Machines vision and value proposition. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Product Development: Understand and prioritize customer needs to shape effective product development strategies. 
• Product Expertise: Collaborate with R&D and architecture teams to ensure alignment with market demands. 
• Product Ownership: Define and manage current and next-generation product requirements, launch plans, and roadmaps. 
• Domain Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in quantum computing to inform decision-making and roadmap planning. 
• Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to ensure successful product development and delivery. 

Key Requirements: 

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Physics or Electrical Engineering; experience in experimental quantum computing - Must
• High technical acumen and ability to comprehend complex systems - Must
• Proven product leadership skills with experience driving product vision and strategy. 
• Product management experience; familiarity with HPC or data centers. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. 
• Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with Architecture and R&D teams. 
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of independence.
